Pirly Zurstrassen composes for theatre, dance, television and his own groups. He has toured Europe and Africa, releasing a dozen albums under his name. In addition to his duo with Barbara Wiernik, he also currently runs Chromo Sonore, a contemporary music quartet. For several years now, he has been playing the accordion as part of the Musica Dal Vivo trio. He also teaches harmony and sight reading at the Brussels Conservatory.
